As only part of
the dtp-aus.com Tutorials, these pages are not
repositories for the millions of free web graphic objects
that are widely available on the web. Instead I have
chosen to offer basic image objects that people new to
HTML page design might find useful, plus offer a few
simple lessons and exercises that will surely get the
learner well and truly into using painting programs to
manipulate their own images - thus becoming more self
reliant as web designers. Lessons feature Photoshop and
Paint Shop Pro. READ Saving Info
before exploring the sample pages. |

a v i n g I n f o : First I must remind you of the copyright restrictions as described above. Copying the buttons, frames and miscellaneous images is easy. Make sure you have a prepared folder (directory) ready for the downloads. Choose the images you want to use and/or alter for your own personal web pages and do the following for each image: Internet Explorer- Place the cursor over the required image. Right Mouse Button click and select the "Save Picture as..." option from the dropdown menu, find your prepared folder in the option window that then appears and "Save". Netscape Navigator- Place the cursor over the required image. Right Mouse Button click and select the "Save Image As..." option from the dropdown menu, find your prepared folder in the option window that then appears and "Save". Other Browsers- Find the relevant menu or image drop down menu and follow options similar to those described for Internet Explorer and Netscape. Macintosh- Follow the above steps for your browser, except hold the mouse button down or use the double click option if it is enabled in your version of the Mac operating system to get the relevant menu options.
